     Mary Christian Milliken was born on 2 February 1853.1,2 She was the daughter of William Harbeson Milliken and Louisa Jane Pollock.1 She married Stephen Young Kirk, son of Robert Hunnell Kirk and Margaret Blanche Carrell, on 16 October 1870.1,2 She died on 6 July 1938 at Alvarado, Johnson County, Texas, at age 85.3 She was buried after 6 July 1938 at De Kalb, Bowie County, Texas.4
