      Archer J. Jordan also went by the name of Archie. He was born on 16 November 1868 at Essex County, New York.¹ He was the son of Carlos A. Jordan and Elma J. Lane. He married Elizabeth Anne Ochs on 14 October 1896 at Traill County, North Dakota.² He and Elizabeth Anne Ochs were visiting his family in New York after an 11 year absence between 1 January 1903 and 9 March 1903.^3,4 He was Visited his parents and brother. in January 1915.⁵ He died in March 1933 at Grand Forks County, North Dakota, at age 64.⁶

     Carlos Joseph Jordan was born on 10 January 1898 at Larimore, Grand Forks County, North Dakota.¹ He was the son of Archer J. Jordan and Elizabeth Anne Ochs. He married Emma Josephine Kuntz on 15 November 1922 at Grand Forks County, North Dakota.² He was employed by the North Dakota State Mill after 1943 at Grand Forks, Grand Forks County, North Dakota. He died on 28 February 1987 at Menahga, Wadena County, Minnesota, at age 89.³ He was buried on 4 March 1987 at Menahga, Wadena County, Minnesota.

     Cathleen Alice Jordan is the daughter of Dr. Ernest Edson Jordan and Dorothy Lou Rule.¹
