     Russell Franklin Milliken Sr. was born on 3 March 1892 at Dew, Freestone County, Texas.1,2 He was the son of Robert Harris Milliken and Francis Isabelle Ham. He appeared on the census of 1 June 1900 at Freestone County, Texas; with his family.3 He married Laura Edna Richardson, daughter of Newell Luther Richardson Sr. and Ann Lee Wells, after 1910. He died on 27 March 1941 at age 49.1
